Closed petition Ban education staff from going on strike

I think children have suffered enough throughout covid missing out on their education. Some parents are paying for private tuition as their children are behind due to covid. Strike action is only exacerbating this, and we think the Government should ban education staff from going on strike.

Myself and many others think it's unfair that as professional educators (such as teachers) can go on strike, while our children miss out on much needed education.

I think the Government should intervene and put a stop to teachers going on strike.

Parents are having to take time off work to look after their children when they should be at school. We believe this disgraceful and unfair. It's affecting lots of working people.
