Automatically grant 50/50 to both parents in separated households without the need of a court order in an attempt to stop either parent taking control of the child's needs. I strongly believe both parents should have exactly the same rights as each other without the need of a court order.

In an attempt to stop parental alienation from either parent and using children as weapons. Parents should be granted automatic 50/50 on separation without the need of a court order. Waiting for court or unwilling co-parenting can break bonds with children and parents sometimes going lengthy times not seeing the other parent. Also causing stress and anxiety in some cases for the child. In an attempt to make all parenting as equal as possible a court order should not be needed for 50/50.
