People from ethnic minorities contribute significantly to the workforce and pay taxes, but they can be overlooked for promotion, especially to senior roles.

We want the Government to introduce new requirements for workplaces have proportional representation of ethnic minorities at all levels.

We need the Government to mandate that employers have a proportional representation of ethnic minorities at all levels of their organizations.

Currently, too many people from ethnic minorities are overlooked for promotions. Sometimes even having a non-British name can mean people do not get a job interview.

To fully develop as a nation, we must ensure equal opportunities for ethnic minorities, allowing them to access jobs at all levels.
