Closed Ban charges increasing during fixed-term mobile contracts

Make it so when we sign a fixed-term contract at a certain price it stays at that price, and mobile providers cannot include terms and conditions that allow for prices to be increased during the contract.

We are in the middle of a cost of living crisis and many mobile firms have increased prices between 15-18%. When a contract is signed at a certain price that's the price we should pay for the length of the contract.
