Closed Enable listening and broadcast of air traffic control to become legal

Allow for the public to be able to listen to air traffic control or allow airports and aerodromes to broadcast it rather than it being banned from broadcast by legislation.

Aviation enthusiasts like to listen to ATC as something to do but sadly it’s protected under some very old legislation which doesn’t really have any impact anymore and old legislation should be revisited and amended. Many other countries allow this.
