Closed petition Give everyone within the M25 a vote for London Mayor and GLA member

We want the Government to extend the franchise for electing the London Mayor to all voters within the M25, and create additional GLA members to represent the electorate outside Greater London but within the M25.

The Mayor's intention to extend the ULEZ to the Greater London boundaries also impacts directly and negatively on those who live outside London, but whose, work, shops, hospitals, friends and caring responsibilities etc fall within the London boundaries; these are not occasional visitors to our capital city they are in all but name residents, it is only fair that if they are to pay the Mayor's tax that they have a say in who that Mayor is; after all no taxation without representation.
