Closed Make all UK companies pay a fine if their gender pay gaps are not closed by 2024

To create accountability to close the gender pay gap, so that it does not take another 100 years to close the gap. Equal pay, for equal work.

Companies are too slow at closing the gap. The government created accountability by ensuring companies with over 250 employees reported their gender pay gaps, which had a positive effect. More action by Government can further increase progress for change to ensure equal pay is achieved. Accountability to action is needed.
