Closed Scrap the honours system and all previously granted honours

We want the Government to abolish the current honours system, including all previously granted honours. We believe this system is sycophantic and nepotistic.

As there have been previous allegations of cronyism, sycophancy and cash for honours and now allegations of nepotism, we believe it is time to scrap the honours system. There is a need to restore public confidence in democratic institutions, and we think this cannot be done when the honours system lends itself to charges of corruption.
