Closed Fund HPV home tests as an alternative to cervical screening

Many people are put off having a Cervical Screening due to how invasive and embarrassing some might find them. A HPV tests for abnormal cervical cells and are proven to be a good alternative to a Cervical Screening and this can be done in the comfort of your own home by yourself with a simple swab.

The NHS do not provide these tests as a standard alternative in all areas, but I believe it should be as it can save multiple lives. Younger people who are worried will be able to test themselves and it could overall save the NHS of money.

Provide funding to roll out HPV Home Test Kits from the NHS as an alternative to a Cervical Screening.
