Closed Seek full UK membership of the EU Horizon project

I want the Government to seek to fully rejoin the Horizon project as fully paid up members with all the advantages of collaboration with top European scientists this would allow. The current agreement for the UK's association excludes the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund.

If the Government does not negotiate and fund full membership of Horizon UK we are concerned this will lead to a brain drain of senior scientists, which could lead to a catastrophic decline in our advances in medicine, life sciences, environmental development etc.
