Closed Lower Business rates for small business in England

Many small businesses are struggling to survive, in part due to the level of business rates. Rates must be lowered for small businesses so they can continue to provide income and work for people. Internet sales & Brexit have put many small businesses seriously at risk.

I am a small business owner. I pay about £8,000 business rates and for what? I believe current rates are unfair, and do not deliver sufficient benefits for small businesses.
