The Government should make the award of NHS backpay for 2022-23, following the new pay deal, tax free.

NHS workers have had their pay frozen for too long. We want NHS workers to receive the full benefit of their increased pay award for 2022-23, and not have to lose any of this to tax. The NHS are hard working and deserve tax-free back pay.
