Rotating days/nights or early/late shifts are detrimental for worker’s health and wellbeing. We believe the majority of shift workers would prefer a permanent shift but many are stuck in rotating arrangements. Also make it compulsory to publish rota for zero hours staff at least 4 weeks in advance

This is to protect and improve lowest paid workers health and wellbeing and encourage them to stay in or start employment. Many find rotating shifts a huge barrier and many of production / warehouse jobs are on such shifts.
