Closed Fund Better Pay for Support Staff in Education

I believe that the pay for support staff in education is NOT reflective of the current economic crisis and the increased demands of our roles.

Since the pandemic, more is increasingly asked of us. Provide funding to award support staff what we deserve. We are the backbone of schools and ensure they run effectively. Now is the time to reward support staff for their loyalty, before they too decide enough is enough and strike for better pay and conditions.
