Make posting photos and videos of children under the age of 16 without their and their parents' consent illegal. I want it to be a criminal offence with appropriate penalties.

I have recently suffered emotional distress due to somebody posting a picture of my daughter without my consent, despite my wishes. I’ve spoken to many other parents and they feel the same way. Some have suffered similar distress in regards to someone who is not the child’s parent posting pictures and videos without their consent.
