The UK Government should stop all foreign Aid and Support to Uganda immediately. And place sanctions on Uganda for Human Rights Abuses.

The Ugandan Parliament just passed a bill that imposes the death penalty for "aggravated homosexuality". The bill reads: "A person who commits the offence of aggravated homosexuality and is liable, on conviction to suffer death”.

Surely the UK Government cannot financially support a foreign government that seeks to criminalise and murder it's citizens on the basis of their sexual orientation. This bill places thousands of LGBT+ people in Uganda as risk.
