Closed Commit to providing all Government services by offline channels

We want the Government to commit to making offline channels available for all Government services, such as counter terrorism checks and tax services. We are concerned that making services like this online only is inconsistent with rights to privacy.

We should be able to choose how to provide personal data that is necessary to access many public services, and some people do not wish to provide this online.

There are increasing moves to make Government services digital only. We want offline channels to be available for all Government services.
