I would like the Government to exend free NHS prescriptions and free NHS dental healthcare to full- and part-time university students.

Prescriptions are prescribed because they are necessary to the person's wellbeing and without these prescriptions people may not be able to study to their fullest potential. The rising costs of accommodation and other living costs means that the maintenance loan often is not enough for students to be able to afford prescriptions or dental care necessary. Most students do not qualify for benefits which would aid with costs, and those on high intensity courses may not have time for a job.
