Closed Require paid parking operators offer multiple payment methods

Too many paid parking operators, including local authorities, are moving towards only accepting payment by app. This alienates people that can't or prefer not to use apps.

What about people who can't use apps or don't want to because we are concerned about the use of our data. I should not be expected to download an app to pay for parking. Paid parking operators should be required to offer multiple payment methods, so no-one is unable to pay for parking because they can't or don't want to download an app.
