Closed Let those with a full car licence drive motorcycles up to 250cc

The Government should change car licence laws so that a full UK car licence can entitle you to ride up to a 250cc motorbike with passenger.

With less road congestion and less pollution, motorbikes are better for the environment, will free up congested cities and lower travel times. There's also less pollution. It could get more cars off the road if people could carry passengers as this could encourage a lot of car drivers to change to a motorbike.
