Rejected petition Force large companies to have an appropriate customer service team

I would like government to make it law that any company with over 100 employees have an adequate customer facing service team so consumer complaints can be actioned on.
Its ludicrous that companies such as evri Facebook amazon have such poor or non existent services

Find an appropriate proportionate way to calculate by law how big a companies customer service team should be and enforce so these companies have to respond and acknowledge customer issues
