Raise the premium car tax from 40k vehicles to 50k and remove this tax for second hand vehicles when the used price is below the 40k limit.

This limit should be raise to at least reflect inflation and the cost of living.

This 40k figure has not been kept up to date with inflation and the cost of living. If should also not be on a used vehicle as these products are bought under the 40k limit. Cars are constantly getting more expensive and more lower less premium brands and vehicles are slipping to above 40k.
