The reason behind my particition is because i think that it would be a good and healthyer option to teens rather than vapping and ruining there lungs at a young age and addaping bad habbits

It is already legal for people aged 14 and older to buy energy drinks. Individual retailers can restrict sales of energy drinks to people under a certain age if they choose.
