Urgently ask the Home Office to immediately guarantee Leave to Remain for the Sudanese asylum seekers currently waiting for their asylum claims to be determined.

There were 5,601 Sudanese nationals waiting for a decision as of March 2023. This number includes vulnerable groups, women, and children.
