Closed Legalise cannabis and expunge previous convictions for possession

Legalise cannabis for recreational use by adults (18+) and reverse legal prosecutions for anyone previously convicted of possession for personal use and not enterprise.

We believe people are using cannabis anyway and that it needs regulation and commercialisation. We believe it would offer a significant boost to the economy and labour market, whilst simultaneously diverting black market finances back into the economy.

A person's mind and experiences are their own and should not be subject to government control or limitation via prohibition.
