Prevent the Mayor of London from extending the inner London ULEZ to all outer London Boroughs.

The criteria for creating the inner London ULEZ does not apply to the outer London Boroughs. It will impose a huge financial and unaffordable burden on a large majority of constituents living in the outer London Boroughs that will still have to use non-compliant vehicles for essential journeys.
