Petition Demand resignation of Cafcass workers who write damaging reports

There should be legal and professional consequences for Cafcass workers who write damaging or biased reports against parents in any custody dispute, or workers who show disregard for children's express wishes and feelings.

Calling for resignation/dismissal of Cafcass workers who:

- write statements that are not based on fact or evidence but taking the word of one party against the other
- write biased reports in favour of one parent without any justification for doing so
- fail to listen to the wishes and feelings of children, particularly older children
- any Cafcass worker shall be liable for criminal and civil prosecution for writing an unjustly damaging report
- knowingly place a child with an abusive parent or who fail to take allegations of abuse seriously

Too many Cafcass workers are writing scandalous reports that are hurting children and placing them with the abusive parent. This is criminal and it must change.
