Rejected petition Make mandatory that all public places have a bleed control kit on there premises

we want the government to make it part of a law that all businesses, schools, workplaces, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, pubs, bars etc , have to have a bleed control kit on their premises at all times, just like they would have to have a fire extinguisher.

We want this to be made a law so that there is adequate public access to life saving equipment, should it be needed, these kits are there to save lives, they contain a medical grade tourniquet incase anyone was to have a catastrophic bleed on a limb, a chest seal, a Haemostatic Chito gauze to stem a bleed until the ambulance services arrive, these kits can be used in the event of a stabbing, a terrorist attack, a freak incident, accident in the workplace, a car crash, car vs pedestrian, and more
