Petition stop PayPal holding money for 180 days

It's common practice for PayPal to limit accounts. To shut accounts down and place YOUR money on a 180 day hold. 180 days = SIX MONTHS. If money is held/kept in your bank account for SIX months interest is paid on every penny you hold in that account. PayPal say they do not earn interest on any money placed on a hold for 180 days. Action needs to be taken by the British government to regulate PayPal or ban them from trading in the UK.
