We believe the pay every worker in the UK earns should be increased each year. We want the Government to pass legislation to require employers to increase their workers’ pay each year, starting with 2% (the Government's target inflation rate) this year, then by inflation for every future year.

Many people have seen no change to their pay while inflation has been very high. We believe there should be a legal requirement for employers to increase their workers' pay each year.
