Rejected petition bring back the death penalty & polygraph test for extreme crimes

bring back the death penalty for crimes such as/rape/murder/kidnap/paedophilia as this is real justice for the people of the uk..and its not fair that the families of the victims have to financially support them in prison..for those in prison right now and in the future

its not fair that the families of the victims have to financially support them in prison and at the same time this can/should and will bring more money into the system so that the ppl can have the tax cut due to not having the burden of so many inmates to pay for... such penalty should be backed by solid evidence/dna/and a polygraph test
