Closed Create international waters in Dover Strait, and turn back migrant boats

The Government should tackle the migrant crossings by declaring 2 miles of the UK mid-Channel waters to be international waters for two years in the Dover Strait. UK personnel should patrol the international waters and turn back migrants to France where possible.

Stop migrants entering UK waters direct from French waters. Present policies are not working.
