Closed Fund the provision of smaller schools for those with complex SEND

The Government should fund the provision of small local schools for children with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) so that they don't have to be sent far away from their families.

Children with complex needs can be sent more than 2 hours away because of a lack of local schools for these children. This is not fair. These children need to be by their families and have a right to stay local just as much a mainstream school children.
