Local authorities parking policies around all permits are overly complicated and overpriced. There needs to be more centralised, consistent and fair permit schemes which are easier to understand and adhere to.

Instigate policies and controls around what local authorities can do with regards to permits, especially cost of permits. Currently, we think that local authorities take advantage of being able to charge for parking permits. At this very moment there is a cost of living crisis but permit prices are going up and it's complicated when it comes to workers needing to park for work at a business address.
