Closed Ban cyclists from using a handheld mobile phone/electronic device while cycling

We want a complete ban on the use of a mobile phones or tablet (in the users hand) whilst using an electric bike, or standard pedal bike. This law is already in place for motorists.

A cyclist on an electric bike, traveling on a road, cycle lane or path, should not be allowed use their mobile phone / have a mobile phone in their hand. It can be extremely dangerous, and too many accidents are happening on a daily basis, many caused by couriers.
