I would like the Government to open and run a bank for those who are unable to open any bank account with any other bank, including a 'basic' account. This will only be for everyday banking facilities.

Some are struggling to open a bank account with any bank, even with a 'basic' account, we need the Government to provide a solution.

The Government is able to provide a solution by creating a bank of last resort.
