Closed Stop legal aid for people who entered the UK illegally

Legal aid in the UK is finite and should be for UK citizens only. We would like the Government to ban legal aid for people who have entered the UK illegally.

Non UK-citizens can seek for help from charity and Pro Bono organisations that have work with immigration lawyers. Making legal aid unavailable for people who have entered the UK illegally could save the taxpayer money and potentially stop the arrival of dangerous small boats.
