Closed petition No parole or open prison when killer prevents body being found: Chantel's Law
Legislate to ensure that killers who dismember a body, or put the remains where they cannot be found, cannot be granted parole or moved to an open prison.

If a killer then goes on to dismember or hide their victim’s body – including putting their remains where they cannot be found, even if the killer later discloses their location – then they should be denied parole or a move to an open prison.
