Rejected petition Lower age rating restrictions PEGI and BBFC

Make a 13+ and 14+ age rating on BBFC and with PEGI ratings.
In different countries they have different age ratings, for example on Netflix a show could be a 15+ in England, but a 13+ in France, this system is too confusing.
