Because RCT is failing the adult population of Wales because of no money so we are told.

Because like me there are loads of people who have been discharged from hospital with no after care, and like me I was promised so much and yet they left me on a scrap heap with nothing. No physio, no access to the community, no social life and being told I am not entitled to more direct payment hours to employ another PA, this is something the government brought in for disabled people to choose their own care.
