It is a little known fact that, uniquely among UK broadcasters, the BBC get to evaluate their own complaints.

Within OFCOM this is called "BBC First".

This scheme allows the BBC to uniquely evaluate their own complaints which are increasingly rarely upheld.

It is unreasonable to have a system where the BBC mark their own homework.

They are increasingly joining in the culture wars and have appointed themselves arbiters of the truth through BBC Verify.

Their complaints should be evaluated on the same basis as the other broadcasters.
