Ban dogs from public places such as parks beaches and outdoor family recreation areas. Make it illegal to walk dogs without leads and muzzles. Ban all dangerous dogs. Tougher punishments for dog owners who are careless about public safety. Make all dog owners have licenses to own dogs.

It has been way too dangerous for the public to walk safely down the road or in a park without being intimidated by a dog or it’s owner or attacked and in some cases even injured or even causing death. It’s time the government takes serious actions against dogs and it’s owners and bring about new laws that will ensure full safety of the public everywhere at all times.
