Petition Legally require that if you own a dangerous dog your garden must be inspected

I would like there to be a law that requires that if you own a dangerous dog breed (including an XL bully) but are allowed to keep the dog, your garden must be inspected to ensure it is completely secure and your fences must be approved.

There NEEDS to be strict rules and laws around securing your garden if you own one of these dogs. What if one of these dogs gets through a fence into someone else’s garden, where there may be young children playing?

I believe that too many of these dangerous dogs are coming into the hands of irresponsible owners, so let’s make them responsible!
