Dog attacks are rising at a rapid rate.
This is due to
backstreet interbreeding.
Irresponsible owners with little or no control of their animal
A government scheme should be implemented to educate and monitor those who own dogs.
Any breed of dog has the ability to attack, if your dog attacks kills or mames then you should be deemed unfit to own a dog.
Too many people have lost their life or had life changing injuries and by banning the breeds change nothing
Educate the owner.
