Currently there is no medal available to NHS staff for long service and good conduct. In the wake of the exceptional bravery and performance of NHS workers during the pandemic this needs to change. Police, Fire, Ambulance and the Prison service all have there own medals but the NHS does not.

Bring in a Long Service Good Conduct medal for Nurses and doctors. The medal should be given after 20 years service and further bars given after 30 years and 40 years service.
