Rejected petition Allow horses to be rided at Manchester or anywhere in UK, like in blackpool.
Blackpool allows horses to be rided which is amazing just like back in old times, but it is not fair if not other cities aren’t allowed, more horses around the UK would be very amazing.

Because Blackpool allows horses to be rided and is all around blackpool, if horses are more regularly and allowed to be rided in other city roads.
