Closed Introduce fixed prices for car insurance based on power to weight ratio and age

We would like the Government to help lower the cost of insurance by introducing a statutory fixed-price system with prices based on power to weight ratio of the vehicle and age. Insurers could be allowed to require black boxes if the driver is below a certain age or has limited driving experience.

This could help more people be able to afford vehicles, especially during the cost of living crisis, and also make it more feasible for young people to start driving.
