Closed petition Require the school day to end by 2pm

We want the Government to prevent schools days from ending after 2pm. Many students get tired towards the end of the day, and in Winter students can end up travelling from home in the dark, which can be unsafe.

There are many instances where buses simply don't ran, meaning a once-every-10-minute route can end up running only once per half an hour, causing major inconvenience such as missing connections onto other transport (despite leaving a long waiting gap), and missing appointments. We believe in situations like this passengers should be entitled to compensation.
