Closed Change motorcycle licence laws

We want motorbike licences to be changed to allow:

16: 125cc with no motorway access with CBT
17: 250cc with theory and practical if CBT already taken
18: 500cc with just theory if practical already taken
19: 1,000cc with practical and theory
20: No restrictions if riding for 2 years

It has been found that driving slower can be more dangerous than driving at the speed limit, and motorcyclists are up to 30 times more likely to be involved in a fatal collision. Motorcyclists are more vulnerable then car drivers, and we believe changes to motorcycle licence laws would make the roads safer for motorcyclists.
