Petition Fund a £30 Fare Cap for Train Fares

Like the £2 bus fare cap, there should be a fare cap for trains with a maximum of £30 to go anywhere, because we think train prices are ridiculously high.

I think there would be more of an attraction to public transport if there was a fare cap with a maximum of £30 for any journey, like the bus fare cap.
